Professional: Ms. O'Hara is Senior Vice President of RYAN Associates. A former newspaper journalist, Ms. O'Hara joined RYAN Associates and the NAOHP in 1990. Her consulting activities include on-site assessments and external market research. She serves as Editor-in-Chief of three NAOHP periodicals: VISIONS, Partners, and the Product Line Integration Quarterly, and is the lead contributor to the NAOHP blog, On the Beam: Occupational Health Insights. She also is responsible for curriculum development and faculty recruitment for RYAN Associates' educational conferences. Professional: Donna Lee Gardner is a Senior Principal with RYAN Associates based in North Carolina. Ms. Gardner has more than 30 years of experience in model program development and has written standards, policies and procedures and numerous manuals on program infrastructure. Ms. Gardner has developed productivity indicators for occupational health and rehabilitation programs to enhance staffing and provide quality monitors for staff productivity. Ms. Gardner focuses on operational, financial, customer service and quality assurance standards, has reviewed approximately 10,000 patient charts and identified millions of dollars left on the table while monitoring documentation and coding processes. Knowledge sharing is one of her commitments to the profession and she has participated in hundreds of educational programs over the years.

Professional: Roy Gerber is a Senior Principal with RYAN Associates based in Cincinnati. Mr. Gerber specializes in sales/marketing plan development and training, the development of on-site occupational health services, and system integration/joint venture analyses. In addition to overseeing all consulting client relationships, Mr. Gerber provides both single day and comprehensive consulting services.
Mr. Gerber has 26 years of experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit occupational health sectors. Prior to joining RYAN Associates in 1999, Mr. Gerber was Regional Vice President responsible for joint venture development and business development for a leading national network of occupational health centers. Mr. Gerber also built the nation's largest hospital-based occupational health service line that included a network of seven occupational medicine clinics, on-site services, industrial rehabilitation, health promotion, behavioral health, managed workers' compensation, and commercial and corporate fitness services. Mr. Gerber contributed a chapter to the occupational health text: A Guide to Program Planning and Management, and he is a lecturer at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine Occupational Medicine Mini-residency (short course).
