The National Association of Occupational Health Professionals ( N.A.O.H.P. ) relies on a national advisory board elected by N.A.O.H.P. members in each of six regions as well as two at large representatives and an NAOHP President. These advisors participate in frequent meetings to discuss and prioritize the association's goals and activities.
N.A.O.H.P. board members are available to answer questions from, or facilitate networking among, constituents in their regions. Each regional representative serves for a three year term and is eligible for re-relection. Two of the six board regions expire at the end of every term. The Board also includes two at large members who are voted on by the entire NAOHP membership and serve two year terms with each term ending in a different year. In order to provide NAOHP members with more opportunities to serve on the Board, at large members are not eligible for re-election.

Dr. Steven Crawford has served as the Corporate Medical Director for Meridian Occupational Health, West Long Branch, NJ since 1997. He also serves as the Medical Director for the Discovery Institute for Addiction, Inc., Marlboro NJ, and as the Team/School Physician for St. Rose High School, Belmar, NJ. He formerly served as an emergency physician at Germantown Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, and as a staff physician practicing sports medicine at the Center for Orthopedic and Sports Medicine in Toms River, NJ. His current term expires 12/31/2014.
