Professional Placement Submit a Position Profile

If you have - or anticipate having - a job opening, RYAN Associates can facilitate your search. Submission of a "Position Profile" does not obligate you in any way (i.e., no retainer or hidden fees). One of our Search Executives will contact you upon receipt of the profile to refine your information, and initiate the search.

This is how it works:

  1. Program sends "Position Available" profile to RYAN Associates via e-mail, fax, or mail.
  2. RYAN associates contacts your program search contact to discuss the search and refine your search criteria.
  3. RYAN Associates sends your program our standard Professional Placement Service agreement.
  4. Upon receipt of the agreement, RYAN Associates initiates the search process, including a review of our candidate base, direct telephone calls, and, as appropriate, advertising.
  5. As RYAN Associates identifies interested and appropriate candidates for your position, we will send you a Candidate Presentation Packet (including a Candidate Profile Form, resume, our analysis of the "match," and other supporting materials). We will then follow-up directly with you by telephone in order to discuss the potential match.
  6. Your program may then follow-up with the candidate(s) directly.
  7. At such time as you hire a candidate referred to you by RYAN Associates, your program will be responsible a competitive contingency fee* payable as follows:
    1. 50% of fee within 15 business days of the first day of hire agreement
    2. The balance payable 15 days thereafter

* N.A.O.H.P. member organizations receive a 10% discount off our standard contingency fees. Specific fee quotes may be obtained by contacting Rachel Stengel at 800-666-7926 x12.
