This is how it works:
- Program sends "Position Available" profile to RYAN Associates via e-mail, fax, or mail.
- RYAN associates contacts your program search contact to discuss the search and refine your search criteria.
- RYAN Associates sends your program our standard Professional Placement Service agreement.
- Upon receipt of the agreement, RYAN Associates initiates the search process, including a review of our candidate base, direct telephone calls, and, as appropriate, advertising.
- As RYAN Associates identifies interested and appropriate candidates for your position, we will send you a Candidate Presentation Packet (including a Candidate Profile Form, resume, our analysis of the "match," and other supporting materials). We will then follow-up directly with you by telephone in order to discuss the potential match.
- Your program may then follow-up with the candidate(s) directly.
- At such time as you hire a candidate referred to you by RYAN Associates, your program will be responsible a competitive contingency fee* payable as follows:
- 50% of fee within 15 business days of the first day of hire agreement
- The balance payable 15 days thereafter
